Digital Microcredit is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Administration Assistant
Minimum Qualification:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years work experience.
Requirements
- The candidate must possess an MSCE or its equivalent.
- The candidate must have a diploma in HRM or Diploma in Business Management as a minimum qualification.
- The candidate must be a Malawian who speaks good English and Chichewa.
- The candidate must be mature, presentable, well-behaved, sober with exemplary behavior. Experience is just an added advantage.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manning the reception and to be responsible for all secretarial duties.
- To be esponsible for any HR issues delegated by the Chief Executive Officer
Key Duties:
- To ensure that the reception is customer friendly.
- To welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
- Responsible for typing, filing of official issues.
- To assist in shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- To take minutes during senior management meetings.
- To keep employee records and to assist in labour related matters.
- To be assigned any other assigned duties by Chief Executive Officer as from time to time
