About the Role

We’re looking for aresults-driven Zonal Manager to lead our premium construction materials business in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will oversee sales growth, project development, and brand visibility for high-end building products such as roofing systems, sanitaryware, tiles, and finishing materials.

This role requires someone who can connect with architects, contractors, developers, and project owners — ensuring our brand is the first choice for premium construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive zonal sales targets and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, developers, and professional clients.
  • Identify and follow up on major construction and renovation projects.
  • Lead and coach a zonal sales team to deliver top-tier customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market insights.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility and product presentation across outlets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within premium building materials.
  • Proven record in project-based or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Swahili is an added advantage).
  • Willingness to relocate or travel within Tanzania.
