Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
-Lead the design, planning, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels including email, social media, content marketing etc.

Tailor campaigns to different target audiences and work with the creative team to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with these segments.

Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Perform market analysis to identify key trends, consumer behaviour insights, and emerging opportunities in the industry.

Regularly track and assess competitors’ marketing activities to benchmark and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

Provide actionable insights to help refine marketing tactics and positioning.

Manage Content Strategy and Distribution

Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s overall brand identity.

Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, white papers, and other forms of content to drive engagement and educate customers.

Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with the operations, finance, and customer care departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product launches.

Ensure seamless communication between departments for optimal campaign execution and to address customer needs effectively.

Provide marketing insights to assist in the development of sales materials and product presentations.

Analyse Marketing Campaign Performance and ROI
Use analytics tools i.e Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems to track key performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Adjust strategies based on performance data, optimizing campaigns for better results.
Create detailed reports for senior management on campaign results, ROI, and marketing KPIs.

Budget Management and Resource Allocation
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting campaign objectives.
Negotiate with vendors and agencies to maximize the impact of each marketing dollar.
Monitor spending and allocate resources to initiatives with the highest return on investment.

Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends and Best Practices
Continuously monitor the marketing landscape for emerging trends, new technologies, and evolving customer needs.
Attend industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to stay informed about the latest marketing strategies and tools.
Integrate new best practices and innovative tactics into the company’s marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, specifically in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, content marketing, etc.)
Strong background in data-driven decision making, with experience in analyzing campaign performance, adjusting strategies for improvement, and reporting on ROI.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution (preferred).
Proven specialized courses or certifications in fintech, digital banking or related technologies are advantageous, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector.

Skills and Competencies:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple marketing initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable working with analytics tools to interpret data, adjust strategies, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling content, communicating complex ideas simply, and presenting marketing insights to stakeholders.

Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to marketing challenges, while maintaining focus on business objectives.

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, partnering with sales, product, and customer service to achieve collective goals.
