Organization: MILAMBE EARLY LITERACY FOUNDATION (MELF)

Position: Voluntary Field Researcher

Purpose: To support a Baseline Study in Blantyre

Location: Blantyre District (Applicants must reside in Blantyre)

Engagement: Short-term, voluntary position with allowances provided

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field data collection in schools and communities.

• Administer structured interviews and questionnaires.

• Record and report accurate information in accordance with research protocols.

• Work closely with the Field Lead and Principal Investigator.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Education, Social Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in research or data collection is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must own or have access to a smartphone.

• Must be available to start immediately.
