CAREER OPPORTUNITIES:

Progressive Research and Marketing Masters, a leading marketing consultancy in Malawi established in 2015, is seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team in Lilongwe for the following project-based positions:

RESEARCH TEAM LEADER (Lilongwe, Project Based)

The successful candidate must be a results-oriented professional of high integrity responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Research Interviewers.
• Quality Control & Back Checks: Conduct systematic back checks to verify the authenticity and accuracy of completed interviews.
• Data Integrity: Perform spot checks and audio monitoring to ensure strict adherence to ethical standards.
• Performance Tracking: Manage daily targets and provide project updates to Management.
• Training: Brief the team on project methodologies and provide ongoing coaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Integrity: Must demonstrate unquestionable professional integrity and a commitment to honest reporting.
• Experience: Proven supervisory experience in a call center or market research environment, specifically in quality assurance and back-checking.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in Chichewa and English.
