RESEARCH INTERVIEWERS (Lilongwe, Project Based)

We are looking for energetic individuals to provide high-quality data through professional telephone interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Interviews: Perform professional telephone surveys in Chichewa and English.
• Data Collection: Record and transcribe responses accurately into research databases.
• Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy and maintain strict ethical standards.
• Reporting: Provide daily progress reports to the Team Leader.
• Translation: Assist in questionnaire translation when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Banking, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Willing to work over weekends and public holidays.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in Chichewa and English.
• Nationality: Malawian.
