Background:
Chamama Assemblies of God Church is pleased to announce that it has secured some funding which will enable the church to improve the well-being of vulnerable children, youth and their families within Chamama community in T/A Wimbe in Kasungu. The church now invites applications from qualified and committed Christians to serve as Project Officer and Program Implementers for this newly funded initiative.
2: PROGRAM IMPLEMENTERS (5)
Job Summary
The Program Implementers will support the church in program participants identification and registration. They will also be required to facilitate program delivery to program participants, conduct home visits and facilitate group activities with caregivers. They will also be required to follow up cases and deliver curriculum lessons to program households.
Knowledge, Skills, Responsibilities Required
Must be a committed Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside the church.
Must be a role model for the children, their families, and communities.
Must have good interpersonal skills, a team builder and willing to take initiative.
Must be able to build relationship with the community and beneficiaries.
Must be faithful and trustworthy.
Must be teachable and flexible.
Must be accommodative and positive.
Must be adaptable.
Must be criminal free.
Must be able to teach the Word of God.
Requirements and Preferences for a Program Implementer
Must be a holder of Malawi School Certificate.
Must have knowledge of community structures and protocols.
Able to read and write.
Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Intermediate English ability is preferred.
Able to facilitate sessions.
Of age between 18–45.
From within the same communities around the church.

All applications must include National ID and a letter of recommendation from their Pastor or Church leaders as proof of their Christianity and Spiritual standing.
