Job Overview

Positions Available:

  • Vehicle Escort Assistant (15 Positions)

  • Supervisor (1 Position – Blantyre)

  • Office Assistant (Multiple Positions – Various Locations)

  • Senior Supervisor (1 Position – Zomba)

Locations: All branches – Blantyre, Zomba, Mangochi, Balaka
Employment Type: Full-time

The Roles

Vehicle Escort Assistant (15 Positions)

  • Escort delivery vehicles on assigned routes

  • Assist with loading and unloading cargo

  • Support route logistics and documentation

  • Ensure safety and security of goods

Supervisor (Blantyre)

  • Supervise escort teams and office assistants

  • Plan and manage delivery routes

  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely operations

Office Assistant (Multiple Locations)

  • Provide administrative support (filing, data entry, correspondence)

  • Handle customer inquiries

  • Perform general office duties

Senior Supervisor (Zomba)

  • Perform similar duties as Office Assistant role (as specified)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient delivery and logistics operations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Support team coordination and daily operations

Qualifications and Skills

Vehicle Escort Assistant

  • MSCE or equivalent

  • Good communication skills (English & local languages)

  • Physically fit and willing to travel

  • Valid driver’s license (added advantage)

Supervisor

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Office Assistant / Senior Supervisor

  • MSCE or Diploma in Business Administration

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • Strong communication skills
