MARKING OPPORTUNITY

The Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) is inviting applications from suitably qualified Primary and Secondary School teachers to mark the following examinations:

  • PSLCE (Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education)

  • JCE (Junior Certificate of Education)

  • MSCE (Malawi School Certificate of Education)

Interested teachers should complete an online application form and submit copies of their certificates and a recommendation letter from the Headteacher.

THE MALAWI NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS BOARD

VACANCIES

The Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) is a parastatal organisation established by an Act of Parliament to conduct such academic and other examinations at the conclusion of any approved course in Malawi as it may be considered in the public interest and award certificates to successful candidates in such examinations.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified primary and secondary school teachers to mark PSLCE, JCE and MSCE examinations, as follows:


1. PRIMARY SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (PSLCE) MARKERS

Requirements

  • Applicants must have MSCE and T2 certificates

  • Must be teaching in Standard 6, 7 or 8

  • Must be competent in the subject they are applying to mark


2. JUNIOR CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (JCE) MARKERS

Requirements

  • Diploma holders must have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the subject they are applying to mark

  • Degree holders must have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the subject they are applying to mark

  • Must be qualified in the subject they are applying to mark


3. MALAWI SCHOOL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (MSCE) MARKERS

Requirements

  • Diploma holders must have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the subject they are applying to mark

  • Degree holders must have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the subject they are applying to mark

  • Must be qualified in the subject they are applying to mark
