LECTURER IN LITERATURE (1)

Responsibilities

• Conduct teaching and provide academic support.
• Develop, review, deliver, and update course plans in compliance with syllabus.
• Monitor student progress and prepare reports.
• Set examination papers and maintain quality standards.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate student performance effectively.
• Develop a conducive learning environment for students.
• Perform any other academic-related duties and tasks.

Qualification

Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Literature. Those with a PhD in the field and prior teaching experience will have an added advantage.

Other Attributes

• At least 2 years of prior teaching experience.
• Willingness to work in a team with a positive attitude towards students and co-workers.
• Excellent command of English communication skills along with administrative capabilities.
• Passion for teaching and providing quality education to students.
• Computer literacy.
