WE ARE HIRING
Mount View International Primary School and Early Years Centre invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position.
LEAD TEACHER
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, post graduation preferred
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers within a designated section of the school.
At least five (5) years of teaching experience in the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
Previous leadership experience will be an added advantage.
Adept at integrating technology into teaching and learning, including the use of Google applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Well-versed in current teaching and learning practices in line with Cambridge standards and inclusivity.
Ability to handle disciplinary matters effectively, empathetically and professionally within a school setting.
Ability to communicate promptly and professionally with parents.
Proficiency in classroom management and a commitment to child-centred learning approaches.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Aware of safety protocols related to child safety.
