Kelfoods Ltd invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Farm Manager.

Role Description

To oversee and optimize all operations of a commercial poultry layer farm, ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of poultry production including feeding, vaccination, and animal health
• Ensure strict implementation of biosecurity protocols
• Supervise staff and promote effective team performance
• Monitor and improve egg production performance metrics
• Oversee feed, water systems, and farm infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
• Manage farm logistics, stock control, and procurement processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in poultry or farm management
• Strong understanding of agricultural and livestock practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (preferred)
