We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Farm Manager to lead our daily operations and drive our farm towards its strategic goals.

The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of our farming operation. You will be responsible for managing staff, planning and executing farming activities, ensuring animal welfare, and optimizing profitability.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep understanding of modern agricultural techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Management:
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee all daily farming activities.
· Ensure the highest standards of animal welfare for all livestock.
· Operate, maintain, and schedule repairs for farm machinery and infrastructure.

· Staff Management:
· Delegate tasks effectively and manage work schedules to ensure efficiency.

· Financial & Resource Management:
· Assist in developing operational plans.
· Monitor farm expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
· Manage inventory of all supplies.
· Maintain accurate records of production, yields, livestock data, and financial transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

· At least a Diploma in Agriculture.
· Experience in a farm management or supervisory role.
· Strong practical knowledge of crop production, animal husbandry, and poultry management, as well as modern farming technologies.
· Demonstrated ability to manage personnel and lead a team.
· Proficiency in farm machinery operation and maintenance.
· Solid understanding of budgeting, record-keeping, and business management principles.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
· A valid motorcycle license.
