GreenField Agriculture and Marine Limited is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and forward-looking Farm Manager to join our team.

Position: Farm Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Animal Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience working on a farm, preferably a dairy farm.
• Candidates with equivalent educational qualifications and significant hands-on experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in managing farm staff is essential.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle license.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily farm operations and ensuring optimal productivity.
• Managing and coordinating farm staff to achieve production goals.
• Implementing best practices in animal care and farm management.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
