Invitation for Expression of Interest – External Audit Services

Chuma Changa Credit Limited, a small but steadily growing micro credit agency, seeks a qualified auditor to provide external audit services for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The audit will cover statutory compliance with IFRS, the Malawi Companies Act, the Microfinance Act, and RBM Directives, including loan portfolio review, capital adequacy, AML compliance, and governance controls.

Eligible Auditors must be ICAM members in good standing. Deliverables include an Independent Audit Report, Management Letter, and Statement of Compliance, to be submitted by 30 April 2027. Interested Auditors should submit CV, ICAM membership evidence, relevant experience, methodology, and fee proposal by 15^th April 2026 to info@chumachanga.com.
