Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and professional driver to join our dynamic team. The driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, goods, and documents while ensuring compliance with road traffic regulations and company procedures, performing assigned duties with efficiency, reliability and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes) before and after trips.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition through regular checks and servicing.
• Safely transport staff, goods, or documents to designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the vehicle at all times.
• Assist with loading and offloading when necessary.
• Report any accidents, faults, incidents promptly.
• Ensure compliance with road traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid C1 Category G drivers licence.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Proven experience in driving light trucks or similar vehicles.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Strong defensive driving skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
