The Confederation invites applications from suitably qualified and competitive candidates to fill a vacant position of DIRECTOR, INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT that has arisen within its establishment.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Director, Institutional Development will play a pivotal role in transforming MCCCI’s institutional capacity. This includes strengthening human resource capabilities, developing and rehabilitating physical infrastructure, and optimizing financial management to achieve the Confederation’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to multitask while driving the Confederation’s human resources, financial, and infrastructure strategies efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:

  • At least a Master’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
  • A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and human resources development
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills to shape and guide institutional development.
