Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to a vacant position of Dealer/Analyst in our dealing department, tenable at Blantyre Office.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

The successtul candidate duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Negotiating execution prices for purchase or sale orders of securities
• Roconciliation and validation of client orders
• Executing buy and sell orders for securities.
• Manage all trade allocations.
• Initiate, develop and maintain business relationships with various securities market players
• Undertaking analysis of financial statements, interpreting economic trends and providing advice to cliants.
• Provide current market, economic and technical information and updates as well as external changes impacting trading activities to clients and management.
• Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices, report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance and other relevant qualifications from recognized institutions.
• Work experience in the stack market will be an added advantage.
