Diligent Du Vey Lodge in Salima invites passionate and skilled professionals to join our growing hospitality family. As we continue to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to contribute to our culture of excellence.

We are currently inviting applications for the following positions: Chef and Receptionist.
If you are energetic, customer-focused, and dedicated to delivering top-quality service, this is your chance to shine with one of Salima’s most promising hospitality establishments.

1.0 Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality meals with creativity and consistency.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.

• Develop diverse menus and ensure customer satisfaction through delicious, well-prepared food.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary/Cookery Arts, Food Production, or a related field. Those with degrees will have an added advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a reputable hotel, lodge, or restaurant.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen and restaurant staff effectively.

• Passionate about food presentation and innovation.

2.0 Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.

• Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

• Handle guest inquiries and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service. Those with degrees will have an added advantage.

• At least 2 years of front office experience in a hospitality setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy (knowledge of booking systems is an advantage).
