Job Description

 

Drives business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and implementing effective solutions. The role involves analyzing market trends, building partnerships, and ensuring strategies are successfully executed to achieve revenue and expansion goals.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and securing New Employee Benefits business.
  • Maintaining and growing an entrusted portfolio.
  • Ensuring flawless service to clients.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Producing reports on work Volumes and status.
  • Producing Contractual documents.
  • Conducting Client visitations.
  • Counselling pension fund individual members on their benefits.
