POSITION: ACCOUNTANT
POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting transactions, balance sheets and profit/loss statements, preparing budget forecasts, publishing financial statements, reconcile accounts payables and receivables, compute taxes and prepare tax returns, audit financial transactions and documents and comply with financial policies and regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Financial Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as an accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage, Pastel and with knowledge of general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
