SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
Mtola Academy is now recruiting teachers. Applications are invited from suitable qualified and skilled teachers in any three of the following subjects: Agriculture, Bible Knowledge, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Physics, Chichewa, Computer Studies, English, Geography, History, Life Skills, Mathematics, Physical Education, Social Studies.
Duties/Responsibilities
Among other duties the successful candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:
(a) Teaching as per the prescribed syllabus of the Academy
(b) Give qualitative written work to students as per the Academy requirements.
(c) Disciplines children in line with the Academy code of conduct.
(d) Evaluates and gives tests to students.
(e) Participates in at least one co-curricular activity.
(f) Interprets and implements the national syllabus.
(g) Schemes and records all work.

Qualifications and skills
(a) A minimum of Bachelors in Education
(b) At least 5 years’ experience
(c) should be aged 30 and above
(d) Self-motivated, team player, innovative and result oriented.
