manufacturer and marketer of dairy products
and beverages invites applications from
suitably qualified and experienced candidates
to fill the following positions
Production Controller – Dairibord Malawi Limited
Managing the production processes,
Production planning and scheduling, Ensuring
factory environment meets minimum hygiene,
GMP and safety practices at all times
Degree in Food Science or its equivalent, 3 yrs
of working experience in a supervisory
position in a food manufacturing factory,
Ability to work on shifts and under pressure
with minimum supervision, Computer literate,
knowledge of Sage Line 1000 an added
advantage
Electrician – Dairibord Malawi Limited
Carrying out maintenance work on all plant
and machinery, Carry out preproduction
checks and monitor plant performance for
predictive maintenance, Carry out repairs of
various electronic and pneumatic control
instrumentation to ISO standards, Carrying out
safety audits and corrective action, Train
apprentices and mentor junior personnel
City and Guilds Diploma in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering, National Trade Test
Grade 1 in Electrical Engineering, 3 yrs post
training experience preferably in a busy
manufacturing factory, Knowledge of
instrumentation an added advantage, Ability
to work on shifts and under pressure with
minimum supervision, Good diagnostic and
communication skills
Sales Executive – Dairibord Malawi Limited
Achieving budgeted performance in assigned
routes, Ensuring optimal visibility of DML
brands in the market, Ensuring growth of
market share, Ensuring growth of customer
satisfaction, Growing and developing customer
relationships, Ensuring effective debt
management within the agreed periods
University Degree in Marketing Management/
Business Administration/CIM Diploma or
similar, Minimum 3 yrs experience working in
a food manufacturing or FMCG, Ability to
communicate effectively at all levels, Mature,
strong leadership skills and self-motivated,
Computer literate, knowledge of Sage line1000
and Food Safety Management Systems
